Focus Friend is designed with a "Privacy First" philosophy. We believe that your attention training is a private matter. Our app is built to function primarily on your device without the need for external accounts or server-side data collection.

2. Data Collection & Usage

Personal Data

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). There are no user accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.

Training Data

All your progress, including task results, stars earned, daily streaks, and workout history, is stored **locally on your device** (using iOS UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

All financial transactions and subscription management are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit 2). We do not have access to your credit card information or billing address. Apple provides us only with anonymized transaction IDs to verify your Premium status.

4. Analytics & Tracking

We do not use third-party tracking tools, marketing analytics, or advertising identifiers. We do not show ads, and therefore, we do not share your data with advertisers.

5. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally, it is deleted automatically if you uninstall the Focus Friend app from your device. We do not maintain backups of your progress on our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
