1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Focus Friend ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Focus Friend is a cognitive training tool and is NOT a medical device.

The App is intended for educational and entertainment purposes to help users train their attention and memory. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or neurological disorder (such as ADHD, dementia, or clinical anxiety). Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features of the App require a paid "Premium" subscription.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your Apple ID account.
  • Payment will be charged to your account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Local Data & Responsibility

Focus Friend stores your training data locally on your device. We do not maintain server-side backups. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss of training data due to app deletion, device damage, or system updates.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content (task mechanics, visual design, and code), is and will remain the exclusive property of Focus Friend. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Focus Friend be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
